Rolled Baking Oven Belts

Rolled Baking Oven Belts (Z-Belts)

Rolled Baking Band also known throughout the industry as "Z Belts" is created by forcing a duplex unilateral spiral woven mesh through a rolling process to achieve a completely flat, smooth surface and a reduced belt thickness, without compromising heat efficiency. The design creates a belt of low mass, high strength with good air circulation. The belt is friction-driven by means of a large diameter drum, commonly placed at the out feed of the tunnel oven. " Z " belts provide key benefits for the customer such as lightweight, low heat inertia, high strength and good air circulation through the belt. These features position we as a leader providing worldwide customer in the baking industry.

Belts are manufactured through a controlled process which includes :
Steel supplied to high specifications, controlled and selected to provide limited deformation during heating. Recording and tracking of manufacturing processes for regular geometry : Width, pitch, thickness.

Features :
Small belt thickness

Spiral wires of 1.0 / 1.2 / 1.4 or 1.5 mm

Smooth belt surface

Equal spiral structure, being in right angle to belt edge

Loop edges or welded edges

Narrow width & straightness tolerance

Widths up to 2400 mm

Made of commercial steel with specific mechanical properties; other qualities on demand

Loop Edges (thickness +8/10 mm)

Guarantee longer life time to the edges and to the belt itself being far more resistant to lateral rubbing

Avoid contact vibrations thus avoiding drop of biscuits in the oven and consequent fire risk

Protection during cleaning and maintenance

Greater flexibility and drum contact
